Terms & Conditions
In order for you to use this facility comfortably and safely, we have established the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully in advance, strictly adhere to the following precautions, and agree to fulfill the following compensation responsibilities before using the Service.
1.Environmental protection and consideration for the neighborhood
The Tojimbo area, including our hotel, is part of the Echizen Kaga Kaigan Quasi-National Park special area. Please refrain from acts that disturb the neighborhood or destroy the environment.
2.About bringing pets
Only “Neptune” can be accompanied.
It is not possible to stay with your pets in other guest rooms. Please feel free to let us know if you are traveling with a guide dog, service dog, or hearing dog.
3.About resident staff
“Morris Resort” is a rental vacation property, so there is no staff on site.
4. Emergency response
In case of an emergency, please contact the security company (24-hour service) at TEL +81-776-33-8530.
5. Precautions when using the facility
- If you have any questions regarding other facilities, please contact the concierge (9:00-17:00).
- Please be sure to turn off the lights and lock the door when you go out or go to bed. Also, please refrain from littering hazardous materials, burning flames, sleeping in bed, smoking, etc. Please smoke in designated areas. If smoking is found in the guest room, one night room charge may be charged. Please be careful about fireworks, etc.
- Users are responsible for managing their valuables.
- We are not responsible for theft or loss.
- Please keep bedding (futons, pillows, sheets, etc.) and equipment clean (please note that if they are heavily soiled, you will be charged the actual cleaning fee).
- Please separate your trash into combustible trash, plastic bottles, and empty cans/bottles.
- In the event of damage or loss of equipment, etc., or damage to the building, the reservation applicant will be charged for the damages, regardless of the reason.
- In the event of a disaster, natural disaster, power outage, water outage, etc., we will do our best to respond, but we cannot accept any further responsibility.
- Please note that we cannot accept full or partial refunds for these reasons.
6.Pool/sauna usage regulations
- For customers using the pool. The depth of the pool is 1.1m. Please be careful as the steps are slippery.
- Anyone who has been under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to enter the water. We cannot be held responsible for accidents such as falls.
- Throwing into the pool is prohibited. If a strange object is found, the person making the reservation will be charged for the damage.
- Please refrain from allowing children to use the pool alone.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please wear a swimsuit when using the pool.
- Morris Resort will decide whether to open or close poolside umbrellas due to weather or safety reasons. Please be careful not to touch it.
- For customers using the sauna. The sauna stove has a timer, and the on timer can be set for up to 8 hours and the off timer can be set for up to 4 hours. If you operate the timer knob too much, the limiter may be activated. In that case, you can restart it by pressing the reset button with a thin stick.
- Do not lean over the sauna stove as the top surface of the sauna stove will be very hot. Sauna stones and sauna stoves reach high temperatures, so please be careful not to touch them directly.
- Please be careful of burns caused by water vapor etc. by löyly. Please use tap water (from your home’s tap water) for the water used for löyly. (Never use water from the pool.)
- Do not put sauna sheets, towels, etc. on the stove.
- As a general rule, children are not allowed to use the facility.
- Please wear a swimsuit when using the facility.
- The maximum number of people using the room at the same time is 2 people.
7. Regarding the use of barbecue
- For customers doing the barbecue. After doing the barbecue, please make sure to put out the fire and make sure to put it out.
- We cannot accept cancellations on the day of barbecue use.
- If you wish to cancel your barbecue, please contact us by 12:00 the day before.
- Always use gas grills outdoors in designated areas.
- If the gas grill is damaged, we will charge the reservation person for damages.
8. Prohibition of business activities and regulations regarding photography
- Regarding business activities conducted without permission.
- Please refrain from using the guest room for any purpose other than lodging, such as using the guest room for business activities or gatherings (exhibitions, parties, etc.) without permission from the hotel.
- Please refrain from using photos taken in our facility for commercial purposes without permission.
9. Matters regarding visitors
Matters regarding visitors. Accommodation by anyone other than registered guests is strictly prohibited.
10.Provisions regarding anti-social forces
Regarding organized crime, organized crime group members, and other cases where there is a risk of violating public order and morals.
- According to the “Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members” (enforced on March 1, 1992), use by designated organized crime groups and members of designated organized crime groups is prohibited. (If this fact is discovered after making a reservation or during use, we will refuse your use at that time.)
- Use by anti-social organizations and members of anti-social organizations (organized crime groups, extremist organizations, etc. and their members) is prohibited. (If this fact is discovered after making a reservation or during use, we will refuse your use at that time.)
- In addition, we will refuse use of the site to anyone who has committed acts of violence, threats, blackmail, or unreasonable demands.
- We do not allow use by people who have become physically and mentally fatigued due to drugs, etc., who have lost their sense of self, who have difficulty ensuring their own safety, or who may pose danger, fear, or anxiety to nearby residents.
- If we see any other behavior similar to the above, we will refuse your use.
11. Electronic payments only on site
Payment methods are only local credit cards, electronic money, and barcode payments. Please note that we do not accept cash or other payment methods.

12.Request to those using email which mobile phone company domain
Even if you make an inquiry, you may not receive a reply email, so please set up domain-specific reception and email address-specific reception. Emails from us will be sent to your email address in the format “●●●●●●@mrt.villas”. If you are using carrier email such as docomo, au, or SoftBank, your security settings may prevent you from receiving emails other than those from your carrier. If you are using a setting that allows you to only receive emails from a specified domain, please configure your settings so that you can receive emails from the domain “mrt.villas”.
13.If you cannot contact us the day before your stay
If we are unable to contact you by 11:59 the night before your stay, we will treat your reservation as cancelled.
