What time is check-in/check-out? Can I change it?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is from 11:00. It is not possible to change the time earlier than 15:00 or later than 11:00.

I would like to bring my pet with me. Can I stay with the pet?

Only "Neptune" can be accompanied.
It is not possible to stay in other guest rooms. Please feel free to let us know if you are traveling with a guide dog, service dog, or hearing dog.

There are no indoor clothes for children or amenities for children. Please bring your own if necessary.

Do I need to lock the door when I leave my villa?

When leaving your villa, please be sure to close and lock the door and check for sources of fire. There are three locks other than the entrance (two locks on the front glass door and one lock in the bathroom). If you are using a barbecue, please be sure to extinguish the fire and make sure the gas valve is turned off before going out.

If the sun is strong, can I open the umbrella myself?

Unfortunately, there is currently no market open to the general public at the fishing port in Mikuni Town. There is a shopping center with a large fresh fish store located less than 10 minutes away by car.

Should I bring BBQ supplies?

All BBQ supplies are available here. The BBQ usage fee of 3,000 yen includes the usage of supplies (gas grill, consumables and equipment such as tongs and plates), so there is no need to bring anything. *You cannot bring in BBQ supplies.

For Pool

Are there any prohibited activities at the pool? (1)

Please do not put trash, food or drinks into the pool. The same goes for shoes. Putting dirty items into the pool may cause malfunction. In the unlikely event that the filtration system is damaged, we will charge you the cost of repair.

Dangerous activities such as jumping from the poolside, running, and diving for long periods of time are strictly prohibited.

From December to the end of February, please only use the sauna as a cold bath. The water temperature is approximately 5 to 8 degrees by the outside temperature. From early April, you can comfortably use the pool powered by a heat pump.

Please be sure to wear a swimsuit when using the sauna. And be sure to use the sauna mat.

The sauna stove will reach the appropriate temperature in about an hour after being turned on.
